Coach Ernie

Coach Ernie was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, where he attended Manual Arts High School and became one of the first LA-based players to get recruited to an NCAA program. After high school, he went on to play at Tufts University as a midfielder, joining a Division 3 powerhouse program. He got a degree in Economics in 2014.

His calm demeanor and concise instruction allows players the space to grow and evolve, while pushing them to excel on the field. A true believer in how a strong work ethic pays off, he motivates all players to put in the time to see growth.

Coach Sammy

Coach Sammy was born and raised in Los Angeles, where he was a stand out player and student for Beverly Hills High School. After graduating, Sammy went on to play Division 1 Lacrosse as a midfielder at Loyola University in Maryland, where he was named to the All-Patriot League Honor Roll on his way to earning his Degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

He works with numerous lacrosse players in the LA area and his focus is on skill development. His expertise and high energy pushes players to be their very best. Don’t be surprised when his charismatic personality comes out on the field.

Coach Alicia

Coach Alicia grew up in the San Fernando Valley where she played at Birmingham High School. She went on to play at UC Irvine, and was a 3x captain, 2x President and helped lead her team to two nationally ranked appearances. While at UCI, she spent 3 years coaching at Corona Del Mar HS. After obtaining her degree in Political Science, Alicia moved back to LA to become a Program Director for Harlem Lacrosse where she runs weekly programming for boys and girls teams. 

Her warm and welcoming personality helps create a comfortable space for athletes to develop their game without fear of failure. In doing so, she is able to get more out of her players and help elevate their skills and IQ.

Coach Matt

Coach Matt was born and raised in Los Angeles and began playing lacrosse while attending Birmingham High School in Van Nuys, CA. After graduating high school, he attended Whittier College in Whittier, CA and earned his BA in Sociology, graduating in 2016. In 2018 he played for Mexico’s Men’s Lacrosse Team in the Lacrosse World Games in Netanya, Israel. Matt has been coaching Youth Lacrosse since 2012.

He brings a ton of playing experience and is an all-around midfielder who is known for his strong defensive abilities and dodging techniques. One of his key strengths is his ability to build strong relationships and motivate all the players to seek growth.

Coach Vic

Coach Vic grew up in South Central LA where he played lacrosse alongside Coach Ernie at Manual Arts High School. Over the past 8 years, he’s helped grow and develop the game of lacrosse all throughout Los Angeles County. He has a wide range of expertise, coaching all age levels at both boys and girls programs while earning a few championships along the way. 

You will often hear Coach Vic’s jokes and hidden math questions on the field, especially when athletes are having a difficult day. His lighthearted nature helps players push past their mental road blocks to ensure they make the most out of every rep.
